Is there an extra charge for custom stitching?
No. Custom fit is free on our styles.
What if the fit is not right?
If we stitched it wrong to your measurements, we remake it free. If your measurements were a little off, we offer one free alteration (up to a $10 local tailor credit).
How long does delivery take?
Ready sizes ship in 2–4 working days and made-to-measure pieces in 5–7 working days. Express delivery then takes about 5–10 business days to the USA, UK, Canada, UAE and Australia.
Will I pay customs duty?
Shipping is free. No. Import duties and taxes are included – we ship duties-paid, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Many small orders are not charged, but it depends on your country's rules.
