Made-to-measure pieces are stitched only for you, so they are final sale – except defects. If we made it wrong to your measurements, we remake it free. If your measurements were off, we offer one free alteration (up to $10 local tailor credit). Ready-size pieces can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery; the customer pays return shipping. Damaged or wrong item? WhatsApp us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will fix it at our cost.
